Your potential membership is evaluated on the strength and impact of your achievements and leadership success.
The membership process begins with the completion of the YPO International application followed by local interviews and sponsorship from current members. Once vetted applications have been screened by the Membership Committee, prospective applicants will be invited to attend several YPO Kansas City events to learn more about the benefits of the organization. Prior to final acceptance, prospective members must submit 3rd party verification to ensure all membership criteria is met.
